Special Services

Can you pick up or deliver my gear to a rental house?

Yes. We are happy to pick up any orders at rental houses. Our Co-Pilot can even make some basic checks to your gear package to make sure the rental house has included everything. Just give us a list ahead of time or a phone number to call when we arrive.

Can you pick up or deliver my gear to the airport?

Yes! We can meet you at Curbside Check-In for your Departure out and then again at Arrivals when you return. We can take all of your gear and luggage, allowing you to have a stress free travel experience.

Your van is really cool. Can I ride with you?

Nope. While we appreciate the compliment and your company, we are not able to transport people. You are welcome to run alongside the van and we will even play the Rocky Theme Song to motivate you.

One Way PA can perform a full camera checkout? Great!

No. We highly suggest that you send an AC to your rental house to check through and test all of your equipment before signing off on it. We are happy to open cases and check for the big items (camera, lenses, monitor, tripod, light fixtures, etc), but when it comes to actual gear testing and inventory of accessories, you will need to do that.

Can you pick up or deliver to multiple locations?

Yes. We can pick up a van load of equipment at your location and drop it off at several rental houses, your production studio, or anywhere else. There is an additional reduced fee for each location. For more info, check out our rates page.

Do you offer Overnight Storage of equipment?

Yes. We can store your equipment overnight in a secure, indoor, heated storage facility. The cost is $65.

Payment Options

How do I pay for my delivery?

We currently use Square to process payments. Once you set up a delivery, we will send you a link to securely enter your credit card information. We suggest that you click the box to keep your information on file. Otherwise, we will need you to enter your info every time, before we pick up your equipment.

I don't like credit cards. What about Net 30?

We need to be romanced first with a credit card transaction or two. After that, we can set up a Net 30 Account. Just send us an email request and prepare to fill out a form.

What is a Standard Delivery?

One Way PA will deliver equipment Monday to Sunday, 9 AM to 7 PM, within the 5 Boroughs.

Changes and Cancellations

What if I need to change my delivery time?

Productions are constantly changing and we understand this. We will try to work with you to simply reschedule at no cost. This is typically not an issue, but please give us a heads up as soon as possible.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

*There is no charge if you cancel more than 12 hours before scheduled pickup. *There is a 50% cancellation fee if you cancel less than 12 hours before scheduled pickup. *Once we have picked up the equipment, we will still need to charge the delivery fee, even if you cancel and ask us to return it to the original location.
